A qualified Project Manager is assigned to each Project, thus the project Management system is based on a single point responsibility in all the implementation aspects of the project.

The Project Manager is fully authorized and supported on a matrix basis by the company's various departments in the areas of Project Controls, Engineering, Procurement, Administrative & Financial, and Construction.

Engineering

UNICORP has created and maintained the highest levels of competence in the Engineering and Design field. Quality Engineering in Industrial, Commercial Buildings and Infrastructure projects is the essence of success. UNICORP Engineering and Design Group includes Civil, Structural, Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical disciplines; these are supervised, managed and controlled by highly qualified engineering management staff. This group of professional engineers, designers and draftsmen provide conceptual designs from the proposal stage of a project all the way to detailed construction drawings and as-built drawings at the construction stage. The group utilizes computer aided design (CAD) systems for all its two and three dimensional designs.

Procurement

UNICORP Know-how in sourcing and purchasing of highly technical equipment and materials is significant, constituting the keystone in the success of this important activity in a project.

UNICORP possesses a fully automated store containing a large inventory which ensures a fast delivery of common and locally available materials

Procurement for Industrial and Commercial and Infrastructure Projects is a rigorous task requiring highly experienced professionals and sophisticated systems and logistics to enable delivery of material to meet the project schedule and to supply the highest quality according to specifications and budgets. UNICORP,in close coordination with its affiliate companies overseas, creates a global procurement network to cover all purchasing, expediting, inspection and shipment activities.

Construction

Highest Quality Construction and civil works constitute an essential part of a successful turnkey project.

UNICORP'S competence in construction is demonstrated by the successful and timely completion of major Industrial, Civil, Commercial Buildings and Infrastructure projects.

The incomparable wealth of technical and financial resources and years of experience in construction and civil works activities, along with the in-house ownership of a vast fleet of construction and mobilization equipment, have been key ingredients in the success of UNICORP in delivering highest quality projects on schedule.

Fabrication & Erection

Today's demanding construction market requires from qualified and successful contractors extensive in-house fabrication of various mechanical, structural and electrical components for its turnkey projects.

UNICORP affiliates has a large, modern and highly efficient fabrication workshop to deliver and erect the highest quality products on an expedited and continuous basis. This workshop facility consists of 50,000 sq.m of fabrication floor space with resources, equipment and over 300 highly qualified technicians, engineers and management personnel.

Project Development & Project Financing

In most its projects, UNICORP group has arranged project financing to accommodate the owner's shortage when the yearly allocation funds does not match construction progress and when payment tenures are longer than construction

UNICORP has worked with international companies and financial institutions , thus acquiring a great degree of experience and know-how in the integration of the construction activities within the bidding and construction phases of these transactions. For this purpose, joint ventures with international companies will be established to integrate the international know-how and technologies with the experience of local contractors.
