Having had years of successful cooperation between Bemco Contracting Co. and Almabani General Contractors Co. on large and prestigious projects, complementing each other through their specialities and business lines, the two conglomerates - both having over 40 years of experience in the Middle East and the Gulf countries - have merged into a new company: "Bemco & Almabani Engineering and Contracting Co." (Unicorp) in Qatar and into Unicorp International Contracting in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain.

The merger aims to cover the market trend and the ever-increasing state-of-the-art construction requirements in the Gulf countries and elsewhere for power, industrial, oil & gas, civil and infrastructure projects such as airports, roads, bridges, etc., including operation and maintenance, on lump sum turnkey basis.

Both companies had started business in Middle East Region. Bemco as an Electro-Mechanical Contracting Company and thereafter expanded its experience to become a world-class EPC Turnkey Contractor in Industrial, Power and Oil & Gas projects. Similarly, Almabani established as a Civil contractor, today is a leader in General Contracting. Both companies are renowned for quality works and timely completion of their projects.

Thus, today the newly formed "UNICORP" -- with their incomparable wealth of technical and financial resources (over 5,000 manpower), coupled with a large fleet of construction equipment -- offer the their experience and capabilities to undertake and successfully execute project of any complexity and magnitude.
